Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO EXCEPTIONS

All Liliane Roux products sold by SQL Holdings LLC are final sale. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our silk hair accessories, including but not limited to silk bonnets, silk pillowcases, silk sleep masks, silk scrunchies, and silk washing bags, SQL Holdings LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.

This policy applies to all orders regardless of whether the product has been opened, used, or remains in its original packaging.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing or shipping error, you must contact SQL Holdings LLC at support@lilianeroux.com within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. All claims must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 calendar days from delivery will not be honored under any circumstances. SQL Holdings LLC reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a claim is valid. Resolution of valid claims is at the sole discretion of SQL Holdings LLC and may include:

  • A one-time replacement of the same product (subject to availability)
  • Store credit in the amount of the original purchase price

Refunds will not be issued for damaged or defective item claims. SQL Holdings LLC is not obligated to provide any remedy and all decisions are final.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CLAIMS

The following are explicitly excluded from any damage or defect claim:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions provided by SQL Holdings LLC
  • Products showing normal wear and tear
  • Products with cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Items purchased during promotional sales, bundles, or buy-one-get-one offers
  • Free items included as part of any promotional offer by SQL Holdings LLC
  • Items where the delivery address was provided incorrectly by the customer

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed with SQL Holdings LLC, it enters processing immediately. SQL Holdings LLC does not guarantee order cancellations for any reason. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact support@lilianeroux.com immediately, but SQL Holdings LLC is under no obligation to fulfill cancellation requests. If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the all-sales-final policy applies.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By completing a purchase from Liliane Roux (operated by SQL Holdings LLC), you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider. Filing a fraudulent chargeback constitutes a breach of this agreement. SQL Holdings LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to collections, legal fees, and reporting to fraud prevention databases.

SHIPPING ISSUES

SQL Holdings LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier after the confirmed handoff to the shipping provider. Once a tracking number is generated and the package is scanned by the carrier, SQL Holdings LLC's responsibility for the shipment ends. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers must:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  3. File a police report for stolen packages if applicable

SQL Holdings LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time courtesy replacement for verified missing packages, but is under no obligation to do so.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

SQL Holdings LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Liliane Roux website and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the current policy.

AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase on lilianeroux.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Return Policy in its entirety. You confirm that all sales made by SQL Holdings LLC through the Liliane Roux brand are final and non-refundable.
