SQL Holdings LLC ships to addresses within the United States and internationally. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. SQL Holdings LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

6. Final Sale Policy

All Liliane Roux products sold by SQL Holdings LLC are final sale. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our silk hair accessories, including but not limited to silk bonnets, silk pillowcases, silk sleep masks, silk scrunchies, and silk washing bags, SQL Holdings LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@lilianeroux.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and SQL Holdings LLC will evaluate the issue at its sole discretion. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales made by SQL Holdings LLC are final.
